ABOUT

My Ghost Garden

I like urban photography and re-discovering lost places, I use my camera to capture changes and to help me understand the past that once belonged there.

This is a blog/space where I like to show my depiction of urbanization and change through the photography of dereliction, abandonment and the forgotten.

How I Got Started…and why?

I’ve been doing photography for a long while now and I’ve come to realise that I need to make my images work in more creative way.  I feel that I’m missing something and I need to complement my photographic work.  So, I decided to take up writing and start photo blogging.

Since I’ve been photo blogging, I’ve become more focussed on themes and I’m discovering new concepts in photography which has opened me up to a bigger picture.

Now, I feel more motivated to continue, as I know I’ll enjoy learning more about this creative world.
